As I am “rebooting” the album “All You Can Do” (is all you can do) I thought I should share another track from that album.

By “rebooting” I mean a re-release with proper promotion. Since that album originally came out in early 2020, the pandemic curtailed any real promo. So I recently employed the help of a musical promotional company. That means efforts are being made to promote the album and its tracks on radio and digital platforms.

Thus far, the results have been good, and “Sweet On You” has been promoted as a “single” on YouTube and radio.

“Johnny Appleseed” is another track from this album. There are 11 total tracks on the album.

As for this specific song… Maybe this is just aimless self-aggrandizement, but it always has seemed to me that musicians are a bit like the character in the Johnny Appleseed myth. They are itinerant workers who hopefully are sowing some small seeds of happiness, or, at least, providing some small respite from daily worries.

There is a lot of truth in the old maxim that if you are doing what you love you will never work a day in your life. This has been the case for me because, as Mark Twain said, “I don’t like work even when someone else is doing it.”

The group playing on this track is East Side trio. We will be playing dates this summer and those dates will be posted at reynold.com by the end of April.

Headphones really help with catching everything in the mix.

Be kind.
Love,
Reyn
