I sent this piece out once before quite a while ago but accidentally heard it on Spotify again and liked it. Actually, at first, it didn’t connect with me that it was my recording. That’s an odd thing when it happens and a bit disappointing when it dawns on you because then you can only see the flaws. But still, it is a nice miniature and minimalism seems to be a natural fit for me.
The term “scherzo” is defined as “a vigorous, light, or playful composition.” I don’t have much to add to my motivation on this piece except we can use “light and playful” right about now.
